Salam..nk share satu resepi yang sangat simple ,besh dan sangat sedap...aroma breadcrumbnyee sangat2 wangi dan rangup. workmanship pun senang.resepi dengan sukatan tepat saya tak sempat salin. dan resepi yang saye share mengikut sukatan yang saya cuba. resepi diperoleh dari rancangan Moh ke Dapur anjuran Perakfm Kpkk
kalau tak silap name biskut yg diberikan oleh Chef Fatimah nih...Biskut salju sesuci lebaran kot...sbb sy tak dpt nk dengor penuh rancangan tuh..mak saya dan salin sifis2 aje hihi..harap chef fatimah tak marah la yerr hihihi
Biskut Serbuk Roti (simple sikit)
Bahan-bahan
250gm butter
3/4 cawan gula castor
1 biji kuning telur
1 sudu kecil essen vanilla
2 cawan serbuk roti putih
130gm susu tepung
1 cawan tepung jagung
320gm tepung rose (agak la..kalau dah tak melekat dan boleh gelentel bulat2 tuh kira ok dah )
SErbuk roti secukupnya utk menyalut.
Cara-cara
1. Pukul Mentega dan gula hingga sebati, masukkan kuning telor. kaco..masukkan essen vanilla...masukkan susu tepung
2. kemudian masukkan serbuk roti..kaco..tambah tepung jagung..kemudian tambah tepung rose..gaul sehingga menjadi doh.
3.bulat2kan adunan dan golek atas serbuk roti
4. bakar selama 20 minit dgn suhu 170 mengikut oven masing2
