Pau

Assalamualaikum,...

Salam hari jumaat...semoga kalian berada dalam keadaan yang sgt sihat...hendaknya

Pau nih dh apdet semalam kat mukabuku..tp lupa plak nak tempek kat sini..kekek lawak tul..yg nih pun bole lupa...oleh kerana ni 1st time buat...kena letak jugak la kat sini resepinya..senang next time nak buat...tak perlu nak menggagau cari....menu nih  boleh kategorikan menu  bersejarah....kat umah nih memang tak pernah buat pau2 gebu nih..pau kampung pun tak pernah buat...,,,terkejut beruk mak saya bila tau  saya buat pau...time saya buat tuh mak tengah membute...bangun je tidoq tgk2 dh tersedia minum petang bersama pau...makan panas2...memang sedap...tak sempat nak tangkap gambar keratan rentas pau nih..sbb banyak sangat jerung2 yang tengah kelaparan menanti utk melahap pau nih...

Resepi Pau

Bahan-bahan

Bahan A
300 gram tepung hongkong (guna tepung pau pun ok)
150gm susu segar ( CB guna bancuhan susu tepung anak, suhu bilik)
50 gram gula castor
1 1/2 Tbs Shortening
1 tsp yis 
sedikit garam

Bahan B

1 tsp Double Acting Baking Powder
1 tbs Air

Bahan-bahan inti >> kita guna yeos kaya ready made :))

Cara-cara

1. Satukan semua bahan A dan uli sehingga lincin dan tak melekat di tangan. Tutup dgn tuala lembap atau cling wrap dan tunggu doh naik 2 kali ganda ( lebih kurang 45 minit - 1 jam )

2. Satukan pula bahan B dan uli kembali dengan bahan A tadi sehingga sebati dan lincin. Rehatkan sebentar selama 15 minit sebelum di bentukkan bulat- bulat.

3. Kemudian bahagikan doh kepada 16 bhgn iaitu berat setiap 1 anggaran 35gram

4. Isikan dgn inti kaya atau apa jua jenis filling kesukaan anda. Tutup doh rapat2 untuk mengelakkan inti terkeluar semasa mengukus nanti. (saya guna baking paper sbg alas). Buat sampai habis dan susunkan di atas tray pengukus.

5. Rehatkan kembali doh td lebih kurang 30 minit

6. Panaskan air kukusan terlebih dahulu sebelum mengukus pau

7. Apabila air kukusan telah mendidih besar, kukuskan doh yang telah disusun ke dalam tray td menggunakan api yang besar selama 10 minit. Dan renggangkan sedikit penutup pengukus dan biarkan lagi selama 5 minit. Tutupkan api dan biarkan sebentar di dalam pengukus lebih kurang 3-5 minit. Hidangkan panas..

Salam CB! mcm familiar pulak nama CB niiii lah, rasanyer dulu2 akak ada buat resepi dr CB jugak tp lupa apa :D akak baru nk sampai sini, sbb blog CB takde dlm bloglist akak ada masalah teknikal sampai skrg tak leh nak save blog2 yg baru huh! akak ni nak menggondem gondem mmg tak reti ehehe.. buta IT ^____^

  9. melepak putih nyer dina pau mu itu... akak lambat sampai. tau pasai apa, last week akak ada rombak balik bloglist akak tu. peh tu memang a da yang tertinggal. CB nyer blog antara nya.. hehe.. dah masuk list balik.. meh bak pau skit nak waase..
