Resepi Pandan Almond Cookies

Bahan-bahan
250gm mentega
120gm soft brown sugar
1 sudu makan shortening/crisco
1 biji kuning telur
1 sudu teh pewarna hijau (+-) ikut la nak terang ke nak pudar
1 sudu kecil essen pandan @ 2 sudu makan pandan paste(jika guna pandan paste tk payah buh pewarna ijo)
100gm tepung jagung
50gm tepung kastard
Tepung rose secukupnya - adun ikut lembut (tk sempat nk timbang)
80gm serbuk badam
8 biji ceri hijau @ ceri betik - dicincang halus
Hiasan
coklat masakan hitam dan putih, manik @ almond nibs
Cara-cara
1. Pukul mentega, shortening dan gula sehingga sebati (tidak perlu terlalu kembang)
2. Masukkan kuning telur, pukul sedikit, masukkan essen pandan, pewarna hijau ,ceri betik hijau dan pukul sehingga adunan rata.
3.Masukkan serbuk badam, kacau,masukkan tepung jagung dan kastard..akhir sekali bole la masukkan tepung rose @ gandum sikit-sikit. Gaul doh menggunakan tangan utk menentukan kelembutkan adunan
4. Ambil adunan dan canai mengikut ketebalan yang disukai, dan terap dgn acuan pilihan
5. Panaskan oven terlebih dahulu dgn suhu 170 darjah. Bakar selama 20-25 minit.
6. Apabila biskut sejuk. hiaskan coklat masakan mengikut kreativiti anda ..Selamat mencuba
