Kek Lapis Biskut Sultana

Assalamualaikum..aduss tension..dah karang baik punye...tetibe terdelete...nak undo pun dh tak boleh...
takpe la saya cuba ngomel semula...dgn versi lain plak..dah tak ingat ayat td...Ok ! sorry dah lama CB tak bersiaran..anak CB tak sihat..kena penyakit penat so hari Isnin ari tuh terpaksa amik Emergency Leaves...memang maha hebat gak la dugaan...mau nye idak anak sendiri kan..sapa dh bese beranak tau la penangan...Kelam kelibut jadinya...Alhamdullah..sekang nih kesihatan my baby dh semakin Ok..Syukur ke hadrat Illahi.... :))

Ok Now..Cb nak tepek n cite sikit pasak kek lapis biskut sultana...actually resepi ni diperoleh dari kakak ipar kat Dungun tuh...rasenye dah tentu la sedapkan...kalau tak rugi la nak share kat sini...nak buat pun mudah..sebab die tak kukus by layer...maknenye bila siap layer 1...terus ke layer 2..sampai habis..so tak rugi tong gas..n then cepat cikit ciap.. hihihi..ok takat ni saja ngomelan ku..banyyak laporan menanti!!

Kek Lapis Biskut Sultana

Bahan-bahan

1 cawan butter ( lebih kurang 220gm mentega)
3/4 gula pasir  (just nice...tp kalau suke manis boleh buh 1 cawan)
2 cawan tepung gandum
4 biji telur size A
1 sudu kecil essen vanilla
1 kotak biskut sultana
asam hawflakes secukupnya
2 jenis pewarna (hijau kuning )

Cara-cara

Panaskan kukusan terlebih dahulu dan lenser tin dgn butter dan lapik baking paper
loyang 8' x 8'

1. Pukul dengan kelajuan tinggi  mentega dan gula sehingga kembang dan berkrim, gula dah hancur n then mentega bertukar warna lite cream.

2. Masukkan esen vanila, kemudian puku telor satu persatu..sambil terus memukul

3. Kemudian tuangkan tepung gandum sikit2..sambil terus pukul.

4. Bila sudah sebati, bahagi adunan kepada 2 bahagian. dan warnakan mengikut kaler kegemaran,

5. Ambil 5 sudu besar adunan kaler kuning dan ratakan di loyang. Kemudian susun hawflakes..lepas tuh lapiskan plak dengan kaler hijau,..kemudian susun biskut sultana tuh...lapis balik dgn kaler kuning dgn hawfleks..dan buat la susunan mcm mula2 td...sehingga selesai (sepatutnye hawflakes dan biskut sultana tuh kena susun rapat-rapat, tp sbb penyakit M datang...CB buat jauh-jauh.  :)

6. Kukus selama 45-50 minit menggunakan api sederhana besar, dan tutup tudung pengukus dgn kain yang bersesuaian ataupun aluminium foil.
